Executive Body Elections

Available Positions: 

  1. President

  2. Secretary

  3. Vice President

  4. Treasurer


The nominees will get 5 minutes to speak to the voters in order to campaign for themselves followed by a question time. The election will take place in Lanchester Library, Room 113 and in the form of a secret ballot. Results will be declared after counting, immediately and published on the website at 5 p.m. All the members of the Society are eligible to vote and are entitled to cast one vote, only!

 

If you are a member of the Society for the academic year 2013-2014, you can nominate yourself to stand for the elections. You must download the nomination form (link, below) and return the completed forms to any of the Committee members or you can choose to email it to us at cuaccsoc@yahoo.com

 

If you are not a paid member of the Society but you still wish to stand for the elections, you must pay your membership fees for this academic year and bring a receipt as an evidence of your membership. To know more about how to join the Society, please check the 'join' tab on this website.

 

All nomination forms must be handed in or emailed by Thursday, 3pm on the 20th of March, 2014* (extended until June 2014)

 

All other Committee positions are made on the basis of application forms followed by an interview. The application procedure of the other positions will be notified shortly after the elections of the Executive Body. The positions in the Committee are:

  • Client Relationship Manager

  • Event Manager

  • Graphic Designer

  • Liaision Officer - Corporate

  • Liaision Officer - University

  • Public Relations Officer

  • Online Media Manager

  • Shadow Commitee Members
